Refund Policy
A 30-day, no-questions-asked refund promise.
Not quite right for you? We’ll refund you.
Ask for a refund within the first 30 days of subscribing and we’ll refund your membership payment in full. No questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual memberships, even if you have downloaded printables.
When do the 30 days start?
The 30 days start on the date you first subscribe, including the start of any free trial. If you are still in your free trial and have not been charged, you can cancel without a payment to refund.
How to ask for a refund
Contact us with the email address you used to subscribe and say you’d like a refund. You don’t need to give a reason.

After your request
We’ll return the payment to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when it appears in your account.
To stop future renewals, open My membership and cancel under Billing. Cancelling alone does not request a refund—please contact us too.
This promise covers requests made within your first 30 days of subscribing. It does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
